Questions people ask

What size should name badges be?

4 × 3 inches is a classic name badge size. 3 × 2 inches is good for visitor passes.

Will the labels stick to clothes?

Label badges stick to most clothing for the day. For longer events, slip them into a badge holder.

Can I print badges at the event?

Yes. Bring a laptop and a Zebra desktop printer to the check-in table and print as people arrive.

Can different groups have different colors?

Yes, with colored label rolls. The print is black; the label color tells the groups apart.
