macOS

Labels on your Mac, without the label software.

Install the helper app once, then design labels — or print the PDF label you just bought — from the web app. It walks you through the first run.

  • Design in the browser

The label designer and PDF printing run at app.printplatformpro.com in Safari, Chrome or Firefox. Nothing to keep updated; your designs live in your account.

  • One small helper for the printer

The helper app is the only thing to install. It bridges the web app to the Zebra on your USB port, network or Bluetooth, and starts at login.

  • Only websites you approve can print

The helper asks once per website. It runs on your Mac and never sends your labels anywhere.

What you need

  • macOS 13 Ventura or later, Apple Silicon or Intel.
  • A Zebra desktop printer on USB, or reachable on the network (TCP 9100).
  • A current browser: Safari, Chrome or Firefox.

Installing the helper

The universal .pkg installs the helper and starts it at login. It is notarised by Apple, so it opens with a double-click and no security warning.

Managed Macs can deploy the same .pkg through Munki or Jamf; the helper needs no per-user configuration.
