Shipping labels

Shipping labels for every order, straight from the PDF.

Sold something? Buy the postage where you always do, then drop the PDF into Print Platform Pro. It finds the label, trims the page and prints it at exactly the right size, so you’re packing the next order while it prints.

How it works

Three steps, about a minute.

  1. 1

    Buy postage as usual

eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Amazon, USPS Click-N-Ship, UPS or FedEx: wherever you buy postage, you get a PDF label.

  2. 2

    Drop in the PDF

One label or a whole batch. Each page becomes a label, cropped and sized to the roll in your printer.

  3. 3

    Peel and stick

Labels come out ready to stick on the package. No cutting along the dotted line, no tape.

Questions people ask

Which marketplaces does it work with?

Any that gives you a PDF label: eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Amazon, USPS Click-N-Ship, UPS, FedEx and more. If you can download it, you can print it.

Can I print several labels at once?

Yes. A PDF with several labels in it prints them one after another, each cropped and sized for your labels.

Do I need 4×6 labels?

4×6 inches is the standard shipping label size and the one we recommend. The app fits the label to whatever size you have loaded.
