One small helper for the printer
The helper app is the only thing to install. It bridges the web app to the Zebra on your USB port or network, starts with Windows, and sits in the tray.
Only websites you approve can print
The helper asks once per website. It runs on your machine and never sends your labels anywhere.
What you need
- Windows 11, or Windows 10 (build 19041+), x64.
- A Zebra desktop printer on USB, or reachable on the network (TCP 9100).
- A current browser: Edge, Chrome or Firefox.
Installing the helper
The .msi installs the helper and starts it with Windows. It is not yet signed with a Windows certificate, so SmartScreen may show a warning the first time — choose More info, then Run anyway.
Managed environments can deploy the same .msi through Group Policy or Intune; the helper needs no per-user configuration.
